ALERT LEVEL THREE RULES for Contactless Ordering and Pickup
1. Customers CANNOT enter the Celcius Coffee premises
2. A table will be placed at the front door of the Celcius Coffee premises, where ALL drink orders will be placed for pick up and the eftpos CONTACTLESS PAYWAVE UNIT will be available to process payments
3. ALL orders MUST BE collected by CONTACTLESS pickup from Celcius Coffee, 16 Old Wharf Road
4. Customers CAN use PERSONAL REUSABLE CUPS under Alert Level Three (PLEASE ensure you let us know in your order if you're using YOUR OWN CUP)
5. Customers SHOULD place their hot drink orders, for CONTACTLESS PICK UP by TEXT message
6. Customer MUST have the ability to make their payment by CONTACTLESS payment with PAYWAVE ONLY (we CANNOT ACCEPT CASH or PROCESS STANDARD EFTPOS TRANSACTIONS)
7. Customers MUST ensure 2 metre social distancing when arriving at Celcius Coffee to collect orders. This can be done by EITHER WAITING IN YOUR VEHICLE or QUEUING 2 metres apart, as guided by the painted lines outside the shop front
8. Customers CANNOT stay and sit outside at Celcius Coffee and consume their drink - you MUST pay, collect and depart (you're welcome to order again and come back)
Our team will receive your TEXT order and process for PICK UP at Celcius Coffee, 16 Old Wharf Road, Motueka.
We will strive to have orders ready within 10 minutes of receipt of each text (possibly sooner).
Each order will be processed in order of receipt, according to the text message log
